Eleanor Andrews President/CEO of the Andrews Group, a firm that has been engaged primarily in US government services contracting for the past 19 years. As a government official who served as Governor Sheffield's commissioner. Ms. Andrews has over 15 years as a civic entrepreneur and helped form community councils, develop neighborhood health and housing programs, and worked at growing Anchorage's economy. She served on the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce board and the Commonwealth North board with public policy issues facing Alaskans. Ms. Andrews is a Rotarian and works at community service projects around Anchorage. Ms. Andrews worked with a dedicated group of locals to form the first ever National Urban League affiliate in Anchorage.

Locally, Mr. Eaton is a business consultant, and he currently serves on several boards and committees, including Koniag Inc., and It's holding company Koniag Development Corporation; the region native corporations for Kodiak Island's Alutiiq people; the Civilian Advisory Board to the Alaskan Command; the Alaska Native Arts Foundation; The Alaska Humanities Forum; the board of Alaska Growth Capital; the advisory board to UAA; the TOTE Community Advisory Board and, the ConocoPhillips Alaska Community Board. Nationally, he currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Rural Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC).
Perry was born in Kodiak, Alaska in 1945. He grew up on his fathers fishing boat and his working career covered a variety of fields. He has worked as a machinist at Boeing Aircraft Company; for three different banks, Seattle First National Bank, The First National Bank of Alaska and, United Bank Alaska; and as community development professional, specializing in rural Alaska. He was the founding CEO of the Alaska Native Heritage center and has served as a senior advisor to Alyeska Pipeline Service Company.
His personal interests are in the arts and humanities. Mr. Eaton is a Member of the Russian Art Photographers Union and has exhibited his black and white images internationally. He also is a mask carver, focusing on Alutiiq masks in the Koniag tradition.
